It rebalances morale, but increasing the rate at which morale regenerates, and several morale related effects. It rebalances critical hits, making bigger ships more resistant to crits. It rebalances the game and makes for several times larger battles by both lowering shipcosts and increasing the amount of points available for both fleets and battles.Fleet sizes grow with levels just as in the original game, but to much greater sizes. It changes the stats for weapons, units, and campaign related things. It changes stats for Ordnances like fighters and bombers, decreases their reload time and makes them better and more worth the points spent on carriers. Skalgrim mod adds over 100 new ships to the game, making it have more than twice the number of playable ships than the standard game. Well over a thousand hours of unpaid work have gone into it and I hope you get thousands of hours of fun from it. Its a fun game and I hope I'v managed to make a fun mod for you that expands on that game. Its a work of a dedicated fan with the help of friends for a game that the devs gave up on long before it reached the hights it could have. (Also a special thanks to the people who donated to me - as promised I bought a nice bottle of rum to celebrate the 2.1 version) I want to give special thanks to the awesome guys in the community, Mirolog, JonathanZotack, Imperator, Dire_Venom and aZmoDen for various help with the mod. I can't really think of much else to add, and there are hard limits to how many truly custom ships that can be added at that. I know I said so last time for the 2.0 version and then I went and made what was supposed to be just a small update into the largest update yet, but this time its really true. This version of the Skalgrim mod adds 25 new ships (!) and also represent the last major update to the mod. Dont upload pictures you've found on the net - that usually gets you into trouble.++++++ It would also be nice if you posted what article you may have created on here too just so I can check it out and make sure it is up-to scratch with Wiki Manual of Style :blah: Also, I will try to protect you if you come into any trouble and I will tidy up any of your articles which come out a tad ugly.Īlso, under this thread it would be nice if you put a request down for an article so that I can add it to my to-do list if you dont feel like doing it yourself. I am a user on Wikipedia under the name of Erebus555 so contact me on my talk page there or message me here if you need help. So if you wanna help me, which I hope you do or this was just a waste of time, then make an account on English Wikipedia and get editing. But you lot out there could really do this! Now I know a couple of you were/ are Wikipedians such as Jrawle and Pigsonthewing. Buildings such as Five Ways Tower and Metropolitan House could really do with some pictures.Īlso, many of you possess knowledge that I dont and using that in articles would help to! There are articles known as 'stubs' which basically are short articles which are requesting expansion. Now budding photographers like Shel and Smileyface as well as others could prove helpful in articles. One problem the Birmingham section faces is photographs and I, myself, have added photos to Wikipedia but there are still articles needing photos. So I would like it if you set up and account (it makes it easier for me to know who you are if you run into any trouble) and to create and expand articles. But I'm not growing any younger (OK I'm only 19) and life's not getting any easier so I am requesting your help in further expanding Birmingham on Wikipedia.īirmingham is a big article on Wikipedia and the category is just as big but not all notable information is covered yet. As some of you may know, I am a Wikipedia editor and contribute quite a bit to the Birmingham category on Wikipedia.
